SLB — 300 kW on producing sites.

300 kW

Rooftop photovoltaic plants engineered and installed across four production support bases at MD1 while operations kept running — MD1–CFC (100 kW, 2023), MD1–ALS/CPT (82 kW, 2022) — plus a solar heating system at SLB’s Hydra headquarters. Partner since 2020.

A solar-powered advertising display designed to cover its energy needs with minimal reliance on the grid — panels, storage and control engineered into the structure itself.

About Shams

An Algerian engineering group built around energy.

Shams Djazair brings together engineering, energy and industrial expertise to design systems that perform in the environments where they matter most.

Founded in 2020, the group has grown out of solar installations into three arms — Engineering, Supply and Academy — building the local capability Algeria’s energy transition depends on.
